RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Melanin Sculpt, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our skincare, body care, beard care, and lip care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tested products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at myjourney@melaninsculpt.com. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

Eligible approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

To maintain product integrity and customer safety, all sales of opened skincare, body care, beard care, and lip care products are final.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery only with prior authorization from Melanin Sculpt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
